1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the standard delivery time across India is 5 to 7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination address and courier partners.

3. Shipping Charges

We are delighted to offer FREE delivery across India on all orders of ₹499 and above. For orders below ₹499, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applied at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
